One of the hottest rappers, T Flave was born and raised in the Cleveland OH. T Flave first started rapping when he was 13 years old. His first album was dropped in 1999 and was one of the hottest records on the underground circuit. T Flave's sophmore album is coming soon. Be on the look out for the new single "ACTING UP" set to make its debute on the air waives real soon. No stranger to the stage lights, T Flave has already done shows with BENNIE SIEGLE and was part of the next generation of motown talent. T flave, once known as Trouble, has really evolved since starting out at the age of 13. Trouble was the younger version of himself. The name Trouble represented his youth at the beginning of his rap career. "T" still does stands for Trouble however, Trouble felt that it was time to add some flavor hince the name "T Flave". Marsha Dean Walker, Master of Science in Human Services and a founding human services board certified practitioner. Ms. Walker has been a relationship coach and helping professional for over 21 years.  She is the president of M. Hood Connections started as a local one page publication in Cleveland, Ohio. The initial purpose of the company was to bridge the gap between the minority business community and the residents of the city. HC publications provided FREE and low cost advertising and promotional opportunities for money strapped 'urban-prenuers'. Over the years, thru various projects, Hood Connections began to shift into the direction of entertainment and artist development.

In May 2008, K. Lexi began the Hood Connected Radio broadcast on BlogTalkRadio. This new project sparked the whole Hood Connected Networking Movement. A networking circle began to flourish! The new radio show allowed those in the industry and entering to network with like minded individuals , share thoughts and ideas, and promote themselves without leaving home!
